Terms & Conditions

  • You must be 18 years of age to receive a reading.

  • Telephone readings are UK only.

  • A £20 deposit is required to secure appointments with the remainder to be paid at the time of the reading.

  • Telephone & Skype Readings to be paid in full upon booking.

  • All payments in cash or via website/paypal.

  • All times are approximate and may vary.

  • Due to my personal code of ethics I reserve the right to decline requests for readings if deemed inappropriate/unsuitable. This at times may be without further explanation. Any payment already made would be fully refunded in this instance.

  • In accordance with UK Law I must state that all readings are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantee can be given as to accuracy.

  • I do not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose.

  • I will not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

  • My readings are aimed at giving you advice and guidance. Please treat them as such.

  • How you act upon the advice given is entirely your decision.

  • I always suggest you use common sense and seek the appropriate specialists for legal, financial or medical advice.

  • Use of my services indicates you agree with the terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

​

  • I ask that you give as much notice as possible to reschedule.  A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to cancel /reschedule an appointment. 

  • Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. I only offer a few appointments weekly to ensure you get the best reading possible. Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments have a massive impact on a small business.

  • Once deposit or payment is made for booking a reading, the deposit/ fee is 100% non-refundable.

  •  To reschedule, you must do so minimum 48 hours before your session begins or your Fee / deposit will be forfeited. 

  •  Less than 24 hours or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost. 

  • Cancellations Non Refundable

  • To reschedule simply click on the link you were sent at time of booking confirmation email and change your appointment if you have problems doing this please send an email to wendymccallummedium@hotmail.com

wendy may allow you to change your booking in extenuating circumstances, please ask.

If you are not satisfied that my reading has validated your current situation and provided information relevant to your journey please advise me at the time of your reading making me aware of your dissatisfaction and I will be more than happy to provide a full refund.
